…really digging this band called Tammar as of late. Arrows Underwater and Hot Juice are my favorites but there is a lot of good stuff here. At times, they sound kind of like the Rapture trying to be less conscious of trying to sound like Liquid Liquid and other times they come off with more Can influence or shoegazer. It’s kind of a mixed back of stuff we like though. Lots of good stuff on this label actually…
Sorry for the website outage over the last week. We are now back online just in time for a few new shows including one this weekend(Saturday) at the Scoot Inn. I heard there will be real book authors there for this one earlier in the night(for the Austin Lit Crawl) including Chuck Palahniuk(Fight Club, Choke, etc), Donald Ray Pollock(The Devil All the Time), and Adam Mansbach(Go the Fuck to Sleep - a personal favorite at my house). We are probably going on 11ish after the Villas at 10ish. Should be a lot of fun.

…and special thanks to GoDaddy who cancelled our old hosting account without warning when my card had reached it’s expiration date and caused us to lose everything. It was time for a refresh anyway so here’s to new beginnings.
